Critical thinking is a very important skill. Especially, if you are a leader and leading teams, projects and businesses.
And there is also this concept of giving feedback which is also considered as criticism. Those are very similar words and concepts and yet, they're so different from each other and that's why I would love to bring clarity to these concepts.
