Let's talk about how to let go of the things, feelings and even people that you've already outgrown and why it's important.

As a Turkish American, born and raised in a cute little Mediterranean town, then went to college in Ankara (capital city of Turkiye ) at 16, and moved to Istanbul for work at 21 and then moved to Los Angeles at 25 then back to Istanbul at 27 and then back to Los Angeles again at 31 then to Miami at 41, trust me I understand a lot about letting go.

We move from a city to another city, from a home to another home, from a job to another job, from some friends to some other friends, from a romantic relationship to another one... yes... 

But what about moving from one identity to another one?

What about not moving physically but emotionally and spiritually?

What about outgrowing everything and everyone that has been serving the previous version of ourselves?

Well... that's when it becomes really important and even inevitable that we gotta let go and let the universe in...
