Before starting my own company, my own business, I was in the world of marketing and branding for a decade. I worked with personal brands, corporate brands and fortune 500 brands. So based on my experience, which is 20 years by now, I am also helping individuals create their personal brands.
There is a correlation between understanding human psychology and branding. Right? And there is also a relationship between how you think and how your language dictates your reality and how you can all create your personal branding with the way you look, you talk, you walk.

And today's topic is "How Not To Give Up When Things Get Messy, Challenging, Rough, Tough and Turbulent". Okay? You got me.
You know, you have goals. You have dreams and you wanna grow. You wanna achieve things. You wanna go to your next level. You wanna change your career. You wanna maybe move to another city, to another country. Maybe you wanna start a relationship. Maybe you wanna start a business. Maybe you wanna end a business or end the relationship.
There is always something that we want to do. And of course when we are in progress, in process things get messy, things get tangled up, things get harder than we have ever imagined.
So at those times we might pause and think like "What am I doing? Why am I doing this? Is it really worth it? I am just gonna give up!"
And sometimes there is a context. When it is a smarter idea to give up and to let go.
For example: I am sure you heard about Arianna Huffington, the founder of Huffington Post. When she wrote her book about Thrive when she was talking about her goals and how it is important to sleep eight hours and she also mentioned that she discovered that it was important for her to let go of some of the goals that were not serving her.
For example to learn another language. She had it on her to do list for the longest time, for years and years and years. And that goal was pressuring her. And it was not going to change the quality of her life. It wasn't going to add anything. When she sat down and paused, when she asked herself: "Is it really worth it? Shall I keep it or shall I give up?" So she decided she needs to give up. And that was very on point.
Just like this, you might have some goals and dreams that you have set for yourself. And when you think about it maybe they are not the right goals for you right now. And when they are the right ones, there are ways to tackle them and not to give up.

There are so many people out there who are referring themselves as a coach. Because coaching is a profession which is not regulated yet. You don't need to go to a school to become a coach.
But instead what we have today is the institution called ICF. ICF stands for International Coaching Federation and that is the place where you get approved, where you get certified at the highest levels of your coaching competencies so that you can go out there, present yourself as a professional coach.
According to ICF, the definition of coaching is: partnering up with a client in a thought-provoking and also a creative process that inspires people to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Today our topic is accountability; which is one of the biggest reasons why a person wants to work with a coach.
Did you know that accountability matters 80 percent of your actions and goal achievement?
Did you know that accountability actually is a big part of your integrity?
So, as part of my coaching certification trainings which is approved by International Coaching Federation (ICF) we talk a lot about accountability, we talk a lot about taking action and actually be accountable for it. And that accountability in the long run becomes integrity. Right?
Are you doing what you are saying that you are going to do?
Are you doing it at the time that you are saying that you are going to do?
That is a very very critical point in your life to get things done and hold yourself accountable does comes with some challenges.
So, as a coach trainer, as somebody who has been doing this for more than 9 years now I have some ideas to share with you.
